My absolute worst fear was getting B-bugs and when I found out we had a small infestation (thankfully) I was even more upset with it. I'm one who treats my yards and sprays my house for bugs in general and with those things I lost sleep and everything. I wanted to find a good company who seemed to take care of the issue fast and with results. I decided to call IBBA and I'm very happy I did. From the very first phone call the girl on the phone Kennedy she was very helpful and seemed to understand my concerns. She set me up with Terry who came to my house same day to insect and come up with a plan. Within 1.5 days later they scheduled for my house to be heated w/chemical. He took the time to answer questions on how to prepare the best and everything. Tyler was my technician. He did a fantastic job! Not only did he take care of my problem but he made sure the entire house was heated and then chemically treated on top of that. He was very friendly and understood all my concerns. I was able to sleep that night and sleep wasn't something that I was able to do once I discovered that first b-bug. I'm so happy I gave IBBA a call and they helped me out. Oh I forgot to mention, they really are unmarked in their vehicle so that helps with nosey neighbors. That is something I've not heard about with other companies and this one does and that helps things with this horrible nightmare as well. Overall, they are all fantastic people to work with and made me feel at ease with this during the entire process. Very very happy!

IBBA is an excellent company. I have crippling anxiety and the thought of having bed bugs had me going insane. Good news NO BED BUGS. The people I spoke to on the phone were Mandy and Emily. These two ladies were so nice and comforting. I messaged them multiple times in panic and they never seemed bothered by my many calls and texts. The inspector AJ Martin and the service dog Bella were amazing! He was on time and very kind and assuring. AJ was very thorough and it was obvious him and Bella were very experienced. I’ve used IBBA for a treatment and quarterly preventative services for about 4-5 years now. I travel for work and unfortunately brought home unwelcomed guests. One of the worst circumstances, but IBBA made the experience less traumatic and less stressful. The techs are always great, discrete, thorough, and flexible with scheduling.Michael D was the last tech who visited and did a great job, as always.Anyone can be exposed to these circumstances. Awesome service in a very ugly, unplanned and urgent situation. Bed bugs came from a hotel three weeks earlier and our autistic stepson carried them all over the house, with his bed being grand central station (1000’s). IBBA came in on 3 days notice, heated entire house to 140 and killed everything… the follow up inspection and spray the next week was thorough and the 60 day guarantee gives us further peace of mind… we now have the cleanest, most bug free house in the subdivision. The price is a bit steep (6300sq ft home) but they do a thorough job and it’s the only real way to kill the bugs and the eggs… Thank you for everything!

Obviously no one wants to tell about why they had to bring this company in. Very discreet, trucks not marked except license plates labeled IBBA. He stated if any nosey neighbors ask he tells them they are sanitizing the house since again. Very embarrassing to say you have bed bugs. Bill was very respectful, very polite and helpful with questions we asked which were obviously a lot. Felt like I had known him for awhile even after 3 months coming back for his follow up, he remembered me and was very polite and friendly. Great company great technician! Unfortunately weekend out of town went bad. Discovered bites the first morning, and more after second day at cabin. Freaked out when doctor advised they were bed bug bites. Called Bed Bug Assassins immediately. They came out next day and found a few in one bedroom. Three days later, house was treated and no sign of the little demons since. They were quick, professional, no truck with big bugs all over, so very discrete. Kevin and Michael were great to work with and showed us how and where to look in hotels, cabins, etc. for the little monsters before we trust the bed. Thank you guys!

This is probably the best place to use for bed bugs. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They were out to do an inspection the same day I called. The technician went over everything with me and was very thorough with the treatment. The office staff was very polite and helpful with answering all of my questions. Very honest. Dog was professional. Guys who came helped me for a fee because I am disabled. They prepped me better for the heat treatment than I was prepped. I let them handle my valuables with confidence they would be careful and that they were trustworthy. They scheduled a follow-up soon after the treatment for the following week. They will return to spray a week after treatment with heated fans. I watched them. Their equipment seemed state of art. All hoses were new and not cracked.

Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish. Once you discover you have any bugs in your home, dont hesitate to call. You shouldnt be embarrassed about it. The whole process was discreet. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used them for our bedbugs and they were really amazing! They responded super fast, it's been a few months and we haven't found a single bug, but we're going to stay on their option to continue every three months getting sprayed, just in case we ever encounter them again. Definitely worth the money! I'd tried and tried with sprays and changing our bedding and mattress covers a few times a week and it was just a nightmare! Nothing got rid of them until these guys!

I cannot say enough about how great IBBA has been to work with! Lydia at the office is so professional and pleasant. She worked with us to schedule our appointments as soon as possible (Next day even!). Our techs have been great to work with- especially Michael who did our post-heat treatment spray and steam after finding one live straggler (eek!).He was very very thorough and even helped move and flip furniture to ensure we got every last corner! Michael is so professional and experienced. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer for me. He was polite and informative. I was frantic about having bed bugs in my home. He preformed a thorough inspection throughout and recommended I have Bella come and check it out. Bella is a train professional on sniffing out bed bugs and their eggs. Yeah, I said sniffing, Bella is a k9. The ending result was my husband wouldn't agree to it. However, this company knows what needs to happen to get rid of those annoying pests. Although, they are extremely pricey, they do have payment plans. If you are having this problem you have to call this company.

IBBA was quick and professional! We found a bed bug did some research on how to get rid of them. We found IBBA offered what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier with them. I called on a Sunday night not expecting to get an answer or a call back. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back from Kim and I was able to schedule an inspection the next day. Cameron came out and didn't find anything obvious with his inspection but informed me they have a canine that is trained at smelling out bed bugs. We elected to have the dog come in and was able to schedule that within 2 days. The dog came in and "hit" on a few spots in our home. IBBA was honest and told us we don't have an infestation and caught it very early. They explained all our options and there was no pressure. We elected to play it safe and do the heat treatment. We were able to schedule that the very next day. They handled everything and were very professional and discreet. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a bed bug problem. They guarantee their work for 60 days and offer a preventative maintenance program which we will surely take advantage of. Bed bugs do not discriminate. After talking with several companies, we chose Indiana Bed Bug Assassins. Although their initial inspection found no evidence of a problem, we continued to see bugs and decided to treat when a bug was found in a bed. After a bed bug sniffing dog verified that there were bugs in all 3 rooms, both beds, 2 closets, 2 chairs and the couch, we called IBBA and they were available sooner than other companies. This company has glycol heaters, not propane, heat sensors on the fans that attach to the heaters, and very helpful and friendly employees. Kim, the office manager, is a delight and our tech, Greg, spent the entire day sitting in the cold entryway at my Mom's retirement facility making sure none of the residents tripped on the cable which carries the glycol. Their price was competitive, their service was professional and we can definitely recommend IBBA.

When we came home from a trip and found bites on our youngest child, we immediately began to look for the source. After much research, we determined the bites were likely from bed bugs. Jerrial came out to our home to provide info and peace of mind for an initial meeting, he was very friendly.Treatment was done but there were some issues. Jerrial showed up late causing a lot of issues. We tried to do exactly as the instructions told us which was a mistake. The instructions are vague and apparently not exactly what they want. Be sure they actually follow up after the initial inspection before the treatment date so you can correct the "issues". We did have one room that we agree was not compliant but they made it good in the end.Mike did our check up and spray. Friendly and got straight to work. We also had to have Jerrial come back out because we were still getting bites and found a small bug that had survived. He steamed and sprayed again. Hoping this nightmare is finally over.Better than the usual pest control, especially since they focus on one pest but there are some communication issues.

I had called and set up an appointment with someone to get my house treated. Had my entire house ready for the treatment. The guy never showed up and never called.Another company wanted $100 just to come out and look. IBBA answered many questions over the phone before I even set up an appointment to have someone come out. When they came for the initial inspection, they showed up on time in an unmarked vehicle. The day of the treatment, they showed up, again, in an unmarked vehicle ( meant a lot to me because even though I know how we ended up with bedbugs, I didn’t want the feeling of my neighbors being judgmental). They was right on time. A month later, we still haven’t seen any bugs or bites.Although their price shocked me, I did the heat treatment anyway. We tried to stop bedbugs early by self treating. Went as far as taking everything out of the room and spraying all the furniture and carpet every couple of days with bed bug killer. We still ended up with an infestation. Even tried spraying the bed and furniture down with 91% rubbing alcohol (another remedy I was told kills them). In reality, you’ll just be throwing money away. Save yourself the time and trouble and get the heat treatment done. It’s the only way to kill bed bugs.Then after paying the price for the heat treatment, save yourself some headaches and make sure you get the preventative treatment as well. Bedbugs are more common than I’ve ever realized.
