Devin is the best!!! Devin did a top to bottom inspection of my bedroom & thank God, he found no evidence of bed bugs. Devin took the time to walk my yard with me and found Poison Oak which I was totally unaware. I wouldn’t have found it without his help. Very thorough job with the quarterly maintenance… Its been nearly 2 years since our bedbug disaster, but still following through with quarterly treatments as it kills many other household pests besides just bedbugs. Each time, we find little critters dead weeks after treatment. You never know what your house has until these guys do their work… I will eventually move to standard service as bedbugs never came back after that initial heating event in Aug 2023….Always check your hotel rooms, especially if they are lower budget motels…

Great experience. I loved all the information. Had a visual inspection first that didn't find anything. Then Devin and the dog Scout came to check it out. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and explained things well. The initial consultation and treatment went very well, the prep was laid out and we could even ask questions in between. On the day of treatment, the tech explained the process, walked through with us to make sure everything was ready, and texted us progress notes throughout.
