Great experience. I loved all the information. Had a visual inspection first that didn't find anything. Then Devin and the dog Scout came to check it out. The dog indicated there were bed bugs and now I'm going to get their heat treatment. I feel really confident that they will be gone with all of what Devin explained of how the process works. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and explained things well. The initial consultation and treatment went very well, the prep was laid out and we could even ask questions in between. On the day of treatment, the tech explained the process, walked through with us to make sure everything was ready, and texted us progress notes throughout. Communication, professionalism, and results were 120%. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I’m not sure I can say enough good about this company! Terry came to my house late on a Friday and was fabulous! He addressed all my concerns and was beyond helpful. When the treatment day came, I was more than satisfied! The crew was on time, very professional, explained every step they were taking. I was updated and given a check list of what was completed. The amount of information I was giving was unbelievable! I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know! I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience and professionalism that came with it! If you are ever thinking about treatment or prevention, please ask for Terry because I promise you will not be disappointed! We had got a bed from someone for our daughter from someone who got it for us. I had told the person no because I didn’t have the money. The person bought it from a garage sale, and bought it over. I really didn’t want it because I was worried we about it. But I was trying to be nice. My husband helped put it up in my daughter’s room. Then we kept seeing the bugs. I didn’t know what they were for a long time. Then I looked it up. Then realized we had a Bed Bug problem, I tried to get rid of them on my own. I couldn’t get rid of them. I was embarrassed, felt depressed, I didn’t let people come over, my kids clothes came straight from the dryer. I decided to give BBA a call. They came right away. It took a couple heat treatments, I also do the very 3 months spray just in case we were to get them back. Bill Layman has been the one to come and he does a really good job. We are bed bug free, and I am so happy about it! I still have them come out every 3 months for piece of mine and incase they come back. Bill has been great. Thank you Bill Layman

The team of Jesse and Devin show promptly at the scheduled time. They did a total house walk through to make sure our home was staged correctly to accomplish the best results for heat penetration. They reviewed a list of household items which could be affected by the high heat.I felt very comfortable with Jesse and Devin and could tell they were interested in the best results for us.They also reviewed the follow up protocols which enhance the desired outcomes and reduce the risk of reinfection.Since we travel quite often we elected quarterly follow-up treatments.This is one experience we prefer not encounter again.It’s expensive but the physical and emotional cost are much more.BBA Assassins are the go to company. Highly recommend the company and Jesse and Devin. We did have consultation with a named company but felt more confident with BBA.

We had a great experience with them. They genuinely helped us did not make us feel bad about having bed bugs and were very educated. Kevin was great very personable respectful and had a great sense of attention to detail he went through and double checked our home for things to set outside, items we didn't even think about and helped take all of our outlet covers off even though we knew we were supposed to have them done before him coming in he even helped us move and take apart our furniture. We had No damages to anything it only took a few hours. They understood and respected that i needed any and all paper work to send over to my company for reimbursement. They didnt act like it was the end of the world. And we were finally able to sleep in our bed with no friends visiting us in the night! Thanks for everything IBBA 🙂

My absolute worst fear was getting B-bugs and when I found out we had a small infestation (thankfully) I was even more upset with it. I'm one who treats my yards and sprays my house for bugs in general and with those things I lost sleep and everything. I wanted to find a good company who seemed to take care of the issue fast and with results. I decided to call IBBA and I'm very happy I did. From the very first phone call the girl on the phone Kennedy she was very helpful and seemed to understand my concerns. She set me up with Terry who came to my house same day to insect and come up with a plan. Within 1.5 days later they scheduled for my house to be heated w/chemical. He took the time to answer questions on how to prepare the best and everything. Tyler was my technician. He did a fantastic job! Not only did he take care of my problem but he made sure the entire house was heated and then chemically treated on top of that. He was very friendly and understood all my concerns. I was able to sleep that night and sleep wasn't something that I was able to do once I discovered that first b-bug. I'm so happy I gave IBBA a call and they helped me out. Oh I forgot to mention, they really are unmarked in their vehicle so that helps with nosey neighbors. That is something I've not heard about with other companies and this one does and that helps things with this horrible nightmare as well. Overall, they are all fantastic people to work with and made me feel at ease with this during the entire process. Very very happy!

Unfortunately weekend out of town went bad. Discovered bites the first morning, and more after second day at cabin. Freaked out when doctor advised they were bed bug bites. Called Bed Bug Assassins immediately. They came out next day and found a few in one bedroom. Three days later, house was treated and no sign of the little demons since. They were quick, professional, no truck with big bugs all over, so very discrete. Kevin and Michael were great to work with and showed us how and where to look in hotels, cabins, etc. for the little monsters before we trust the bed. Thank you guys!

This is probably the best place to use for bed bugs. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They were out to do an inspection the same day I called. The technician went over everything with me and was very thorough with the treatment. The office staff was very polite and helpful with answering all of my questions. The treatment worked and I have not had any signs of bed bugs since. I would highly recommend this company for bed bug extermination.

Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish. Once you discover you have any bugs in your home, dont hesitate to call. You shouldnt be embarrassed about it. The whole process was discreet. I would recommend them to anyone.

After talking with several companies, we chose Indiana Bed Bug Assassins. Although their initial inspection found no evidence of a problem, we continued to see bugs and decided to treat when a bug was found in a bed. After a bed bug sniffing dog verified that there were bugs in all 3 rooms, both beds, 2 closets, 2 chairs and the couch, we called IBBA and they were available sooner than other companies. This company has glycol heaters, not propane, heat sensors on the fans that attach to the heaters, and very helpful and friendly employees. Kim, the office manager, is a delight and our tech, Greg, spent the entire day sitting in the cold entryway at my Mom's retirement facility making sure none of the residents tripped on the cable which carries the glycol. Their price was competitive, their service was professional and we can definitely recommend IBBA.

IBBA was quick and professional! We found a bed bug did some research on how to get rid of them. We found IBBA offered what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier with them. I called on a Sunday night not expecting to get an answer or a call back. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back from Kim and I was able to schedule an inspection the next day. Cameron came out and didn't find anything obvious with his inspection but informed me they have a canine that is trained at smelling out bed bugs. We elected to have the dog come in and was able to schedule that within 2 days. The dog came in and "hit" on a few spots in our home. IBBA was honest and told us we don't have an infestation and caught it very early. They explained all our options and there was no pressure. We elected to play it safe and do the heat treatment. We were able to schedule that the very next day. They handled everything and were very professional and discreet. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a bed bug problem. They guarantee their work for 60 days and offer a preventative maintenance program which we will surely take advantage of. Bed bugs do not discriminate. They are travel bugs, you get them by visiting places such as hotels, movie theaters, other peoples homes who have them, etc.... Indiana Bed Bug Assassins rock!! When we came home from a trip and found bites on our youngest child, we immediately began to look for the source. After much research, we determined the bites were likely from bed bugs. We were very concerned that our neighbors would find out so we searched for an exterminator that would come to inspect our home without letting the world know. IBBA did exactly that. We used them for our bedbugs and they were really amazing! They responded super fast, it's been a few months and we haven't found a single bug, but we're going to stay on their option to continue every three months getting sprayed, just in case we ever encounter them again. Definitely worth the money! I'd tried and tried with sprays and changing our bedding and mattress covers a few times a week and it was just a nightmare! Nothing got rid of them until these guys!

She worked with us to schedule our appointments as soon as possible (Next day even!). Our techs have been great to work with- especially Michael who did our post-heat treatment spray and steam after finding one live straggler (eek!).He was very very thorough and even helped move and flip furniture to ensure we got every last corner! Michael is so professional and experienced. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer for me. He was polite and informative. I was frantic about having bed bugs in my home. He preformed a thorough inspection throughout and recommended I have Bella come and check it out. Bella is a train professional on sniffing out bed bugs and their eggs. Yeah, I said sniffing, Bella is a k9. The ending result was my husband wouldn't agree to it. However, this company knows what needs to happen to get rid of those annoying pests. Although, they are extremely pricey, they do have payment plans. If you are having this problem you have to call this company.

I had called and set up an appointment with someone to get my house treated. Had my entire house ready for the treatment. The guy never showed up and never called.Another company wanted $100 just to come out and look. IBBA answered many questions over the phone before I even set up an appointment to have someone come out. When they came for the initial inspection, they showed up on time in an unmarked vehicle. The day of the treatment, they showed up, again, in an unmarked vehicle ( meant a lot to me because even though I know how we ended up with bedbugs, I didn’t want the feeling of my neighbors being judgmental). They was right on time. A month later, we still haven’t seen any bugs or bites.Although their price shocked me, I did the heat treatment anyway. We tried to stop bedbugs early by self treating. Went as far as taking everything out of the room and spraying all the furniture and carpet every couple of days with bed bug killer. We still ended up with an infestation. Even tried spraying the bed and furniture down with 91% rubbing alcohol (another remedy I was told kills them). In reality, you’ll just be throwing money away. Save yourself the time and trouble and get the heat treatment done. It’s the only way to kill bed bugs.Then after paying the price for the heat treatment, save yourself some headaches and make sure you get the preventative treatment as well. Bedbugs are more common than I’ve ever realized.
