The team of Jesse and Devin show promptly at the scheduled time. They did a total house walk through to make sure our home was staged correctly to accomplish the best results for heat penetration. They reviewed a list of household items which could be affected by the high heat.I felt very comfortable with Jesse and Devin and could tell they were interested in the best results for us.They also reviewed the follow up protocols which enhance the desired outcomes and reduce the risk of reinfection.Since we travel quite often we elected quarterly follow-up treatments.This is one experience we prefer not encounter again.It’s expensive but the physical and emotional cost are much more.BBA Assassins are the go to company. We had a great experience with them. They genuinely helped us did not make us feel bad about having bed bugs and were very educated. Kevin was great very personable respectful and had a great sense of attention to detail he went through and double checked our home for things to set outside, items we didn't even think about and helped take all of our outlet covers off even though we knew we were supposed to have them done before him coming in he even helped us move and take apart our furniture. We had No damages to anything it only took a few hours. They understood and respected that i needed any and all paper work to send over to my company for reimbursement. Art and Hunter did a fantastic job. From the initial meeting to the day of treatment. He didn’t make us feel embarrassed and was very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his clients and giving them back their home. I was worried about neighbors seeing a bed bug truck outside of our home. My absolute worst fear was getting B-bugs and when I found out we had a small infestation (thankfully) I was even more upset with it. I'm one who treats my yards and sprays my house for bugs in general and with those things I lost sleep and everything. I wanted to find a good company who seemed to take care of the issue fast and with results. I decided to call IBBA and I'm very happy I did. From the very first phone call the girl on the phone Kennedy she was very helpful and seemed to understand my concerns. She set me up with Terry who came to my house same day to insect and come up with a plan. Within 1.5 days later they scheduled for my house to be heated w/chemical. He took the time to answer questions on how to prepare the best and everything. Tyler was my technician. He did a fantastic job! Not only did he take care of my problem but he made sure the entire house was heated and then chemically treated on top of that. He was very friendly and understood all my concerns. I was able to sleep that night and sleep wasn't something that I was able to do once I discovered that first b-bug. I'm so happy I gave IBBA a call and they helped me out. Oh I forgot to mention, they really are unmarked in their vehicle so that helps with nosey neighbors. That is something I've not heard about with other companies and this one does and that helps things with this horrible nightmare as well. Overall, they are all fantastic people to work with and made me feel at ease with this during the entire process. Very very happy!

IBBA is an excellent company. I have crippling anxiety and the thought of having bed bugs had me going insane. Good news NO BED BUGS. The people I spoke to on the phone were Mandy and Emily. I’ve used IBBA for a treatment and quarterly preventative services for about 4-5 years now. I travel for work and unfortunately brought home unwelcomed guests. Awesome service in a very ugly, unplanned and urgent situation. Bed bugs came from a hotel three weeks earlier and our autistic stepson carried them all over the house, with his bed being grand central station (1000’s). IBBA came in on 3 days notice, heated entire house to 140 and killed everything… the follow up inspection and spray the next week was thorough and the 60 day guarantee gives us further peace of mind… we now have the cleanest, most bug free house in the subdivision. The price is a bit steep (6300sq ft home) but they do a thorough job and it’s the only real way to kill the bugs and the eggs… Thank you for everything!

Obviously no one wants to tell about why they had to bring this company in. Very discreet, trucks not marked except license plates labeled IBBA. He stated if any nosey neighbors ask he tells them they are sanitizing the house since again. Very embarrassing to say you have bed bugs. Bill was very respectful, very polite and helpful with questions we asked which were obviously a lot. Felt like I had known him for awhile even after 3 months coming back for his follow up, he remembered me and was very polite and friendly. Great company great technician!
